Istanbul Day 4

Today we met some friends of the EuropeanStreetTeam!

First we went with Heli to the Gülhane Park which used to be the Garden of the Topkapı Palace.

Heli picked the perfect place, it was lovely, the view was great!

Then Meltem called us and we went to the atelier of Şenay, both are friends of our team at Etsy, it was so much fun to meet some of them in real!

Şenay took really good care of us with tea and delicious cookies.

Meltem and Heli.

Starmum, Şenay and Meltem

And the whole gang together :)

  3. Hi, I often check out your blog. It's very interesting and beautifully presented.

I have a question. I notice you've taken photos inside a shop. How do you do it? Do you ask for permission? Do you tell them it's for your blog?

I always worry about taking photos of the insides of a shop. Once I've been asked not to take photos for security reasons. Other times, they worry that their styles/items are being copied.

    Same inside museums or galleries.

Is there a technique? Can you help?

  5. Hi, I ask for permission, and usually everyone agrees that it is okey. As long as you ask for permission there shouldn't be a problem :)
