Our creative space...


An other slow project: smocking on polka dots. I love this kind of smocking, on dots, or stripes, or gingham, because it doesn't need previous pleating


Pleating is the most ardous and boring step in smocking, unless you have a pleater.


This is simple: join the dots and pull the thread. Lovely little flowers are formed and your fabric is pleated at the same time.
