Music Room Decor: Volume 2

I made a few trumpet sconces and people seem to really like them! So while traveling through the US l was actively hunting for fun instruments to turn in to sconces. 

l prefer to use not perfect ones, as l have to drill and solder them l don't want to ruin usable instruments, plus these babies can get very expensive!

I found a few great music room inspirations and other upcycled instruments on Pinterest.

I found a few pieces that were perfect to turn into lamps. The first one l thought was a strange-looking trumpet, turns out that it is an antique car horn!

The second is a horn, often associated with Christmas, are angels playing these? Not sure what they have to do with Christmas. Each piece is one of a kind die to the vintage materials. l will be making some other fun pieces soon!

A wonderful idea to showcase your favorite LPs, they often have very cool covers so they kind of look like art anyway.
